Hi, I’m Cathy Hockey, an executive coach and former CEO who has spent 30 years navigating leadership and the complexities of purpose-driven environments. From banking to founding an award-winning social enterprise and leading an NDIS provider, I understand the pressure of diverse stakeholders and complex, high-risk environments.
